Couldn't get to double digits without a weekly institution as I was growing up. This show was responsible for five spin-offs and coined one of the most popular phrases of the last 10 years. Sunday, Monday, Happy Days!
Okay boys and girls, if you've listened to previous episodes of Best Episode Ever, you'll know that I trip the light fanboy-o down the nostalgic lanes of memory to recall some of the most stirring memories of my television childhood. This episode is almost the Grail to me. I know many of you may have never heard of the The Krofft Supershow, but have a listen, give it a shot. If the theme song doesn't make you want to get up and boogie, you're made of stone.
A sitcom with an incredibly high level of "rewatchability": Gilligan's Island. With a great theme song, some totally bizarre plot lines, and a concept ripped off from classic novels of Romance and swashbuckling, the characters were fun, stupid and engaging at the same time. Some fantastic episodes and a really fun show to grow up with.
