I personally do not love The Big Bang Theory because it relied too much on embarrassment humor, which I do not enjoy--I could never watch more than 10 minutes of any episode. But I know a lot of people love it, and the 10 minutes per episode I did watch were funny, so I'm a little surprised it didn't rank higher. I also am surprised that Burns and Allen weren't a lot higher up--Burns was famous for saying that all he had to do was say, "How was your day, Gracie?" and then stand back, but of course he was the champion reacter, and it was a seminal sitcom--as was Jack Benny, whom I likewise would put a bit higher. And I am surprised that "How I Met Your Mother" made the list at all, since it definitely ended poorly.

Both WKRP and Frank's Place need to be higher. Big Bang is ok (the family likes it better than I do). Two things that irk me about it: 1. Like Dave, they get universities so wrong, and 2. They get the geek stuff wrong. Sheldon learning the theremin after hearing the Star Trek theme? Uh, the theme doesn't use the theremin!
