Yeah, no, never liked The Honeymooners either. Channel 11 in NYC (before it became the CW and was just a local station) used to run a Honeymooners marathon all day New Year's or Christmas Eve or some holiday or other, so I saw a lot of the episodes over the years, and I would just as soon not have. But it sure has a reputation for being important and classic and groundbreaking and all that.

Loved your Honeymooners discussion as you've brought up some very valid points. It was first shown in Israel in the mid-90's (!!!) and even then it was on a niche channel, which is the reason why most people aren't aware of it here unless you're a vintage TV fan.

I probably would not have watched The Honeymooners either, but I enjoyed watching the animated versions. I always loved the Warner Bros. spoof The Honey-Mousers whenever it was on and of course The Flintstones is my favourite animated series.
