The last couple of years have brought with it some great developments for us cord-cutting nostalgiaholics, regarding free over-the-air options in the US. Between Me TV and now Antenna TV, there's a ton of great options--you just have to deal with a rotation of 6 low-budget commercials for catheters, terminally ill kids, and elephant conservation. Not trying to belittle any of those subject matters, but... wow.. the commercials wear you down faster than a waffle gets cold. Anyways, I recommend everybody "check their local listings" for Antenna TV.. they show full episodes of Johnny Carson every night (!), along with Newhart, Good Times, Three's Company, Barney Miller and much more. Oh, and on Saturdays from 3-4pm, it's a double play of Mr. Belvedere in glorious sub-standard def. So if you're home doing nothing on a Saturday, you get the double whammy of depression, knowing you have no social life AND you're eking out an existence watching Bob Uecker act.

Ha, Sam--we get Antenna TV, too. Nothing like 30 year old Carson shows to put you to sleep! (I'm not sure if it's Antenna TV or Cozi TV that runs Fantasy Island and the A-Team on weekends...)
Rachel
Aww man, I'd love this! Unfortunately, no affiliates in Northern NY or VT.. :(

Do they stream any where? Now with Netflix cracking down on DNS services I'm stuck with Canadian Netflix, which is probably the second best catalogue on Netflix, but it as nice to find all kinds of other content.
Dave Brodbeck
It appears that neither Antenna TV nor Cozi TV streams, sorry, Dave.
Rachel
Great episode, again. I remembered only Mr. Belvedere, sadly, but now I am inspired to look up Crime Story. The Carson reruns are fantastic. I forced my 14 year old son to watch a couple with me. He didn't get many of the jokes, but there's still great comedy there even for younguns.
