hey guys its jamie its been a while it seems like how have yo been all of u . well ican tell u i have had a bang up time not. heres why i was in the hospital overnight i had a bad accident .iwas walking outside and i fell on the ice and fell onmy lower back where i did some pretty good damage to it i fractuerd my back and sprained it so i have been taling naps on and off trying to sleep at night and medication quite a bit and a ice pack when i need it oh i forgot to tell u wheni hit the ice i bounced off of it like a rubber ball. i actullay saw my back godown the up. and then i screamed like a girl never felt so much pain in my life and too top everything off ihad the flu too. but thre was a bright point when iwas felling ok to do something for a little while i went and was wanting a new dvd. i got the adventures of superman with geroge revves good old black and white so for me superman saved my days well take care men great show see u soon bye jamie.

Glad to hear you're on the mend Jamie. If you get into a Superman kick, the old Max Fleischer Superman cartoons are available online as they're all public domain and the animation is pre-50s fantastic!
